Guilford County Association of Educators (GCAE), the county's largest professional employee organization, is committed to advancing the cause of public education. GCAE's  members work at every level of the education from pre-school to university graduate programs. GCAE is an affilate organization of the National Education Association (NEA). NEA's members work in every state and in more than 14,000 communities across the United States.

every child in Guilford County, regardless of family income or place of residence, deserves a quality education. In pursuing its mission, GCAE has determined that we will focus the energy and resource of our members on improving the quality of teaching, increasing student achievement and making schools safer, better places to learn.
